This window trim is produced from aluminum pre-coated trim coil in an arched shape to wrap the existing, replace the old or add new window trim over a rounded window area. To paint, just choose primed white for the color. The measures provided determine the size and curvature of the trim piece.
Apply anywhere wood trim needs to be wrapped as it curves around a rounded opening such as a a window, arched entrance, doorway or half round vent. Provides a lasting protection to the wooden trim piece behind it. Protects from water, moisture, bugs, carpenter bees and wood peckers. This layered process is fully sealed to lock in the home's beauty for a lifetime.

The width is measured first along the base of the arch from inside the trim to inside the trim. Then from the outside edge to outer edge across the baseline of the arched window. This tells the trim face width.
The height is from the same bottom measure point to under the arch top trim. And up to over the top of the trim arch. In combination, these measures make the actual curvature of the new trim piece. A true arch is half the height as the width. Do not change or estimate these measures. True window measures will never be perfectly a true half round circle.
The depth is the thickness of the old circular trim to be covered with the new aluminum trim.
How to Measure
The trim face has choice of smooth without any striations or brick mold that is roll formed metal designed to mimic wood brick mold for an added detail. Matches the commonly used onsite brake buddy.
The trim bottoms or legs will be too long. Hold the trim piece into place aligning the top and mark the bottoms to be trimmed.
When painting an aluminum product, enter primed white into the color box. Never choose raw mill for paint as raw aluminum cannot be painted. All colored metals have a wainscoting applied for the color to adhere to.
Choosing a pre-color coated product is as simple as entering the color code of the desired trim coil. The color code will usually contain letters and numbers specifying the manufacturer, color and color finish.
Or if the color info is known, just enter the coil manufacturer (Alsco, Quality Edge, Alside, etc.) and the color name (natural clay, gray, glacier white, etc.) and the finish (smooth, PVC or baked on). Note: baked on finishes are only available from certain coil manufacturers.
Colors
Shipping small products will be via UPS Ground or UPS Oversize Ground in wooden crates to ensure the product safety during shipping.
Larger aluminum products ship with SAIA Freight. These too are packaged in wooden crates. Freight items require a commercial delivery address or will be delivered to the nearest freight hub for individual pick up. Residential delivery is not available to all addresses.

Most items ship within 3 weeks. But due to some current shipping delays, always order products a month or more in advance to ensure delivery before needed. Stocking many of the commonly ordered colors speeds up the lead time drastically, but not on all.
